Goodbye Cellulite

Cellulite, caused by the disproportionate bulging of fat cells beneath the body’s connective tissues, is experienced by more than 80% of women over the age of twenty—regardless of their weight or size. Even healthy, physically active women can experience unwanted cellulite on their thighs, buttocks, abdomen, or arms.

If your self-confidence is suffering, Elite MedSpa can help. We offer powerful laser treatments that use light and laser energy to melt fat, and stimulate the body’s own detoxifying lymphatic system to clear away those released stores. Collagen in the area is smoothed and massaged, helping restore youthful smoothness to formerly uneven skin.

Elite MedSpa offers the following laser treatments:

Opus Plasma is an FDA-cleared, nonsurgical skin rejuvenation treatment that uses radiofrequency (RF) and plasma to address surface skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, skin laxity, acne scars, and uneven texture. Opus Plasma yields similar results to fractional laser resurfacing, with more minimal downtime.

The first-of-its-kind device has metal pins that emit radiofrequency energy—which, when close to the skin, reacts to atmospheric pressure in order to create plasma. The plasma heats the skin, creating micro injuries and provoking a natural healing response.

Opus Plasma’s resurfacing is considered “micro-ablative,” or fractional, meaning it inflicts its controlled damage to only a fraction of the skin at once. According to the device manufacturer, Alma, the plasma technology “precisely controls the energy-to-tissue contact time, minimizing unwanted inflammation” and recovery time.

While some people see noticeable improvements in skin tone and texture following just one Opus Plasma treatment, a series of two to three is recommended, for best results.

Pixel Resurfacing

Pixel laser is a skin resurfacing treatment that rejuvenates the affected areas of the skin by treating microscopic dots. Pixel resurfacing can produce significant aesthetic benefits by way of: Mitigating the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Treating years of deep sun damaged skin. Reducing enlarged pores.

Dye V L

Alma Lasers DYE VL combines two trusted technologies, Pulsed Dye Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to create the new “GOLD STANDARD” for treatment of a variety of skin conditions including:

Vascular and pigmented lesions, Port wine stains, Hemangiomas Rosacea, Angiomas and Hyperpigmentation.

Dye VL is safe, effective and with its consistent results, patients and providers alike are singing its praises. You’ll see visible results after 1 treatment, but multiple treatments may be required to achieve optimal results.

Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy, aka photofacial, is a way to improve the color and texture of your skin without surgery. It can undo some of the visible damage caused by sun exposure — called photoaging. You may notice it mostly on your face, neck, hands, or chest. IPL may help if you have red, brown, or splotchy skin because of a health condition.

ClearLift™ is a non-ablative approach to laser skin resurfacing. The innovative technology delivers a controlled dermal wound deep beneath the skin, (up to 3mm in depth). The outer layer of the skin is left undamaged. All stages of healing and skin repair occur under the intact epidermis.

Results May Vary

While our Scottsdale laser treatments are not for everyone, at Elite MedSpa our team of experts can help you find the very best options for your situation. Both hair and skin pigmentation can impact the effectiveness of some therapies, while sensitivity to various topical applications can also rule out certain treatments. No matter your situation, we can find the right solution to meet your beauty needs.

For those who do pursue laser therapies, it’s important to be familiar with common side effects such as bruising, swelling, and up to ten days of recovery time. Additional temporary side effects may include tenderness or redness, pigmentary changes such as hyperpigmentation, and a tendency to flush more easily can occur. Rarely, treatment recipients experience permanent hypopigmentation or scarring.

No procedure is 100% effective, and some pre-existing damage cannot be repaired. You can expect a significant improvement in overall appearance, however, which means laser skin resurfacing could be the very best way to meet your goals. We look forward to discussing our therapies with you.
