*Must purchase a package for each membership body part
*Must purchase a package prior to enrolling in membership
*No discount on gift card purchases
*Minimum 3 Month Membership Required
*Membership treatments cannot be transferred
*Membership can be paused for up to 90 days per year without incurring new initiation fee
*Cannot combine promotions/discounts with membership discounts unless specifically stated
*Initiation fee waived if membership purchased prior to completion of body contouring package
*May not be transferred to any other body part
*Must be used by member only
*Non-transferrable, no exchanges
